FIFO Mind Connect
Team Purchase, Refund & Cancellation Terms
These terms apply to purchases of 3, 5 and 10 learner packs for the FIFO Psychosocial Risk Awareness Induction.
1. Team purchase and learner details
The purchaser is responsible for supplying accurate learner names and email addresses and confirms they are authorised to provide those details for enrolment. FIFO Mind Connect may contact the purchaser if information is incomplete or appears incorrect.
2. Payment and enrolment
Learner enrolment is not processed until payment has been successfully confirmed. Please allow up to 48 hours after confirmed payment for learner access to be created. Each learner receives individual course access for 90 days from their enrolment date.
3. Learner changes
If a learner name or email address needs to be corrected, contact FIFO Mind Connect as soon as possible. Changes requested before enrolment is processed may be accepted where reasonably practicable. Once access has been created or course activity has commenced, substitutions or transfers are not guaranteed and may be declined except where required by law.
4. Change of mind
FIFO Mind Connect does not provide refunds solely because a purchaser changes their mind, no longer requires the training, experiences roster or staffing changes, or does not use all purchased learner places. This does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Service problems and Australian Consumer Law
If there is a problem with the service, contact FIFO Mind Connect promptly so the issue can be assessed and, where appropriate, remedied. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
6. Course availability and technology
The course is delivered online through FIFO Mind Connect's LearnWorlds learning portal. Reasonable temporary outages, maintenance or technical interruptions may occur. Where an issue materially prevents access, FIFO Mind Connect will take reasonable steps to restore or provide access within a reasonable time.
7. Certificate and refresher recommendation
Each learner who successfully completes the induction receives an individual Certificate of Completion. The certificate may recommend refresher training two years from completion; this refresher recommendation is separate from the 90-day course access period.
